The skimmers and bream feed as Val Coleman wins Round 7 of the NISA Feeders King of the Yare Series & Open Match 30th July

With weeks of roach weights dominating the match results the bream and skimmers finally decided to put in a show for round seven of the series.

Val Coleman fished the feeder to net four bream and number of small skimmers to take the win with 22lbs 14oz from peg 143.

Robert Hubbard made the most of fancied peg 99 to weigh in 21lbs 11oz of bream and skimmers on the feeder for second on the day.

Chris Smith peg (third) 165 and Ady Hindry (fourth) peg 168 made the long walk to Langley wood worthwhile by netting bream and skimmers for 19lbs 7oz and 18lbs 7oz respectively.

Mark Taylor managed fifth with 17lbs 15oz again bream and skimmers making up the feeder caught weight.

In sixth place was Series Sponsor Nick Larkin with 15lbs 15oz.
