Craig Nichols wins Round 10 of the NISA Feeders King of the Yare Series & Open Match 27th August to make it four in a row and top the Series table at the same time.

Craig Nichols won his fourth Yare match in a row on Saturday topping the NISA Feeders King of the Yare table at the same time.

Craig weighed 36lbs 7oz from peg 99 on Sluice Bend to take the top spot.

It took Karl Redgrave to weigh 31lbs 5oz from peg 108 to take second place.

Third place was taken by Chris Smith with 26lbs 13oz of skimmers from peg 66 on the Boards section with Robert Hubbard taking fourth with 26lbs 4oz from the other end of the match length on peg 166 at Langley Wood.

Rob Hewison on his first visit to the river this year managed fifth place with 23lbs 1oz from peg 109 and Marty Jermyn sixth with 21lbs 8oz from peg 118

With just three left matches to count Craig now leads to NISA Feeders King of the Yare table with 128lbs 10oz ahead of Bob Nudd on 118lbs. Robert Hubbard sits in third position with 112lbs 15oz just three ounces ahead of 2021 champion Paul Abbott in fourth.

Long time leader Steve Clark drops to fifth on 101lbs 8oz just ten ounces ahead of Karl Redgrave in sixth.
